New York's food hall scene is continuing to grow and has now expanded into Brooklyn. With the opening of Dekalb Market Hall, lots of the cities iconic dishes are now located under one roof. This means instead of having to deal with the hassle of going into manhattan for some of the cities best foods, brooklynites can now get their hand on these treats in their own yard. On top of having easy access to some of old time favorites, there are new mouth-watering vendors opening stalls as well.
Old Time Favorites
One of the cities most iconic sandwiches has onw become more convinient than ever with the launch of their second location. At this location you don't have to worry about as long of a wait or making sure you don't lose your ticket, but even though the new location excudes convenience it lacks the original locations authenticity.

This Brooklyn favorites ice cream shop's new location isn't far from home.
Other stops that are opening new locations in the hall include Wilma Jean, Hard Times Sundae, and Cafe D'avignon.
New Vendors Worth a Visit
Perogi's are the epitamy of comfort food. Carbs stuffed with more carbs? Don't mind if I do. grab a seat at the counter and watch the behind the scenes of the new shop as they make the perfect pillows topped with caramelized onions, sour cream, bacon and chives. Try to keep you tounge in your mouth before your food comes out. Don't limit yourself to one flavor! Get their platter so you can try the mushroom, meat, and potato!

It can be easy to second guess raw fish in a food court, but this place is handing out the perfect sushi snack. Don't let the size fool you, these little rolls are packing the flavor of modern meets traditional. This is a great stop for people trying to eat their way around the hall or you could camp out here and try more of these tasty little morsels.

Fulton is pumping out some of the cities beloved seafood classics and putting a twist on others. grab a seat and try their oysters or grab a octopus roll on the go.
