Taste Test Thursday: Mushroom Spinach Wrap

In high school I used to be a vegetarian (teenagers, am I right?). Every now and then I get a hankering for the dishes that used to make up my diet during that time. Basically I ate this and grilled cheese. I figure most people know how to make a grilled cheese, so here we go with the mushroom and spinach wrap.

Ingredients:
Pita or naan
Handful of spinach
Tabelspoon of cream cheese
5 button mushrooms
1/4 c. diced onion

Seasonings to taste:
Cinnamon
Cumin
Turmeric
Salt
Pepper

method
- Preheat you oven to 350 and toss the pita in while the pita (or naan) bread in just long enough to warm it up. I take it out as soon as the oven hits 350. You can also use a microwave to heat it for 30 second, but I currently don't have one of those.
- Begin to sauté in diced onion in a sauce pan. When the onions start to become transparent add the mushroom. when it looks like the mushrooms are almost done, add the spinach. Spinach takes no time at all to sauté to do this at the very end.
- Spread a layer (or 3) of cream cheese on the naan and add the hot vegetables.
