Taste Test Thursday: Baba Ganoush
I like to have as many snacks around as possible to avoid getting hangry...or in case guests come over*. Not only is baba ganoush an impressive snack to serve up to these so called "guests" but it is ridiculously easy to make and is so versatile. Serve it with chips, spread it on a sandwich, or throw a spoonful on a salad to make it taste less like a salad.

1 large Eggplant
1 Lemon, juiced
1/4 cup Tahini
4 cloves garlic
Paprika, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
- Slice eggplant into medium thick slices.
- Broil the sliced eggplant for 5 minutes
- Set oven to 350, add garlic, and roast eggplant and garlic for 15 min more minutes.
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Let the eggplant and garlic cool before blending.
